In the 24 seasons that have passed, with thousands of dollars in scholarship, with dance trips, fund-raisers, through spring concerts and winter teas, and through many, many performances of “The Nutcracker Ballet” and “The Wizard of Oz” the Kansas City Dance-Theatre Company has never had a physical home – until now. The company has recently opened a permanent rehearsal facility at 8341 Monticello Rd, in Shawnee KS. The facility is managed by Senior Artistic Director “Miss” Tauna Keltner who is the daughter of Mrs. Hill, and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dance Education from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
